Miss Adriana Adeline is a Soulful Singer-songwriter whose raw and honest lyrics are expressed over the beautiful tones of a tenor Ukulele with a twist of R&B, Soul, Pop and Folk sounds. Adriana describes her music as "Inspiring, Raw & Faithful" and uses her poetic abilities to share her testimony of how Jesus has made her new and changed her life. Her experiences in life have carved and inspired her own unique sound which she feels is hard to put into just one genre, so she likes to think of her music as Christian R&B/Soul comtemporary alternative. She hopes to connect with souls who've felt lost and uplift the spirit with the healing message of the Gospel. Adeline hopes to reach the world through her honesty and show with her example of faith what it means to keep fighting and trust in Gods plan for your life. Her passion is strong and it keeps her style fresh and original. Her honesty in her words is what keeps her writing, feeling as though she has no limits in what she can say keeps the rhymes coming. Her musical mission is to be her authentic self while expressing and exposing her soul into blissful melodies and strongly relatable lyrics that bring souls closer to Christ, to help them find the freedom she has found. After an intense year of being mentally, and spiritually pruned by the Lord through a serious medical situation involving her beloved partner Rowell, which has brought her closer to God by having to lean heavily on faith and trust in Him, she has rededicated her voice to help those struggling in faith. Hailing from the five boroughs of NYC Adriana passionately writes lyrics that bare her soul, express her faith and manifests her signature indie sound and style ! Welcome to her Story !

"Why Not Me?" is a bold and courageous declaration of faith speaking on fighting the doubts of others while knowing that God has spoken purpose over you and your destiny. Sometimes we find ourselves battling the negative voices of the world trying to convince us that we aren't good enough for something bigger.
"Why NOT You?" is a question miss Adeline asks her listening audience. She fearlessly sings "Why not you? Why NOT you? Can't you see the things you do? You've got potential baby, can't let this world negate you, can't let your faith escape you, from YOUR destiny baby!"
Adeline believes that God has given every one of His children a beautiful purpose, and sometimes we have to let go of what others think we can do, and step into what God has planned for us, saying "Why Not ME?"
"For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." - Jeremiah 29:11
Music Highlights
Hosanna
"Hosanna" is Adriana's first worship song that she's excited to share with the world as she continues to walk in faith with Jesus.
The Hebrew word "Hoshi'a na" is translated in Greek as (h)osanna or Hosanna in english. It means "save us, we pray". It is used as crying out for help, salvation and freedom. The phrase "Hosanna in the Highest" expresses adoration, salvation and Hope in Christ. We can see this phrase used in The New Testament in Mark 11:9-10 "Hosanna! Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord! Blessed is the coming kingdom of our Father David! Hosanna in the highest heaven!"
As Jesus is passing through the gates of Jerusalem on the back of the colt; By saying 'in the highest' the crowd was invoking heavens blessing on them and the salvation that the Messiah was bringing. The phrase also echoes the song of the angels in Luke 2:14 "Glory to God in the highest".
As Miss Adeline sat beside the hospital bed of Rowell she felt the Holy Spirit take over as she began singing impromptu as she played her ukulele and this praise is what was birthed through that moment of uncertainty and pain. It was a teaching moment for Adriana where she was just letting her spirit sing and even her spirit knew that praising in pain was weapon against all the weight she felt. Knowing that her savior was and always is our saving grace and our answer to all problems.
LIFE IS SO HARD
"Life is So Hard" is about the truth of Miss Adeline's hardest situation in life and how God guides her through even though she feels the pain of her circumstances. Written to her partner Rowell who suffered a sudden brain bleed in October 2023, she sings about how hard life has become without having Rowell by her side and how even though she wants to "fall apart; everything inside her stays whole" because God is louder than her pain and tells her not to let go. The song itself is written almost like a letter or journal entry about the difficulty of moving forward. Although specific to her situation, Adriana knows that many people go through experiences that feel as though there's no where left to go and that all is lost, yet God is always guiding us, and she wants to remind her listeners that no matter what you go through, all you have to do is call on Jesus, and He will remind you that in your weakness you are strong through Him who strengthens you.
"My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." - 2 Corinthians 12:9
"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." - Philippians 4:13
Inspired by the song 'Location' by Khalid, "Patience" is the feminine voice asking for more time before a relationship to find her true self, Miss Adeline feels that you should never be afraid to ask for more Patience for your own self-maintenance. "Soul maintenance" ! Even though this song was released before her reawakening with Christ, Adriana decided to leave this song out because she feels that it still encompasses the fruits of the spirit, specifically of Patience, self control and love. To be able to express to someone else your need for time and indepedence to love and find yourself before jumping into a relationship not only shows these fruits within yourself but can help others exercise it within themselves. Self reflection and honesty within ourselves is important and God never wants us to rush into relationships just because we may have feelings for someone, He wants us to find Him first and through being in a season where you can isolate yourself to "feel true" and "find your inner light" This ultimately means spending time seeking God first. Although Adriana wrote this song about love, in relfection she can see how the Holy Spirit still moved within her to bring out a message of loving yourself before losing yourself in someone else.
